Urgent applications cost £22 (cards posted Special Delivery normally 1 working day
after receipt of application - this is dependant on us being able to contact your verifier).         Please note. it is your responsiblity to let your verifier know of an imminent call. See application form for more details

IMPORTANT: payments are charged for the process of handling the application, processing     and validating data. If an application fails, payments will not be refunded. If applicant is                 under 16, a parent or guardian with whom the applicant lives must consent to the application. Please complete all areas of the downloadable form. If your card is not accepted for any         reason, then please take a note of the place, address, date and time it was refused and           complete the card refusal form on the PASS website. This can be found in the downloads       section at http://www.pass-scheme.org.uk. Once we have received this form we will contact           the venue/outlet.
